Communication & Programme Support

  • Coordinate rehearsals, roundtables, and faculty briefings.
  • Gather and present feedback, leading post-programme debriefs to support continuous improvement.
  • Keep internal systems and records accurate and up to date.

Additional Contributions

  • Comfortable with modern office and learning technology.
  • Flexible about working hours when programmes require it.
  • A project management qualification (APM, Prince2, Agile, etc.) is desirable.
Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working model with at least two days per week in the Cambridge office; additional attendance may be needed depending on programme schedules.
  • 40-hour working week, with flexibility supported.
