The Department
As part of the Sales team, your purpose is to help grow our business profitably and sustainably. You'll contribute to:
- Driving new business in line with annual revenue targets and strategic goals
- Maintaining high levels of service and client satisfaction
- Keeping COEO ahead of the curve with innovative sales strategies
- Promoting the brand positively and consistently
- Generating quality leads and nurturing them into loyal clients
- Representing COEO's values with integrity and professionalism
What You'll Do
- Build, develop and convert leads into meaningful business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to generate campaign-driven interest
- Represent COEO at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
- Attend client review sessions as needed, supporting account growth
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system
- Work closely with your team and director to shape best practices
- Be a proactive brand ambassador inside and outside the organisation

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and marketing the business to generate prospective leads and to then convert these into Sales.
Key Responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- To attend Client Review meetings when required.
- Represent COEO at trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Ensure the company's CRM system is kept up to date with accurate data at all times.

- Not authorised to change/alter wording of standard letters or documents unless instructed to do so by a Line Manager
- Not authorised to offer variations on standard charges without authority from a Director.
- Not authorised to discuss, or vary commission rates or fees with existing or prospective clients or suppliers.
- Not authorised to discuss confidential information with other members of staff.
- Not to discuss CRS business with any third party
