Role Overview — Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive (Full Time, up to £28,000)

RM Solutions is partnering with a creative, fast-growing hospitality group renowned for pushing the boundaries of brand experience and guest engagement.

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate, proactive and organised Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive to join a busy in-house marketing team. The role focuses on managing and growing the brand's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube), driving fan growth, engagement and traffic that converts into bookings.

The position offers a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package and strong opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the wider marketing team to create and deliver exciting campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage the day-to-day community engagement across all brand social channels, responding to guests and followers.
• Measure and analyse performance of social channels, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Manage and schedule content, ensuring it is on-brand, uses the correct tone of voice and clear calls to action.
• Organise and manage UGC shoots in venues, liaising with venue teams.
• Plan and coordinate shoot days with photographer/videographer suppliers.
• Assist with influencer outreach, relationship management and campaign activity.
• Identify and react to new social media trends, often working to tight deadlines to join relevant conversations.
• Monitor, report and analyse social results using social listening and measurement tools, and optimise content based on data trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity.
• Support the curation and planning of the wider social media strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years' experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role.
• Strong passion for social media with a thorough understanding of key platforms and emerging trends.
• Social video or basic videography skills would be a strong advantage.
• Creative flair and an excellent eye for engaging imagery and content.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with confidence in brand tone of voice.
• Experience using social content management tools and social listening platforms.
• Competent with Microsoft Office; experience with is beneficial but not essential.
• Able to plan, manage and prioritise workload, working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends for events, shoots or time-sensitive content.
• Able to commute to the head office in the Handforth / Greater Manchester area on a weekly basis.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, focused on continual personal and professional development.
