About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social media specialist to join our team and play a key role in an exciting new digital initiative within the business. You'll be responsible for growing Title Role's portfolio of YouTube and social media channels, shaping our digital footprint, and building highly engaged audiences across creator platforms.

You'll begin by working across a range of lifestyle and reality led brands, with ambitious plans to expand into a wider portfolio of channels as the project evolves. You'll be central to developing these strategies, driving creative direction, and ensuring we deliver best-in-class social channels that bring our brands to life. We're looking for someone who can be the social media expert within the business, full of ideas, energy, and a genuine passion for all things digital.

We're seeking a highly creative individual with a strong track record in producing social-first content. You'll know exactly what works on each platform, be confident editing video, and be skilled at writing compelling copy that captures attention. You'll take real ownership of growing this area of the business and help us elevate our social presence to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

·      Develop and implement a data-driven, audience-first social media strategy.

·      Repackage, edit and optimise content for YouTube and social-first channels.

·      Take full ownership of content scheduling and community engagement.

·      Proactively finding new opportunities to drive community engagement forward.

·      Write engaging copy that captivates audiences and is optimised for search.

·      Identify trends, opportunities and platform shifts to expand audience reach.

·      Establish clear and measurable KPIs to track channel and content performance.

·      Share regular monthly reports, including learnings with your wider team.

·      Ensure all content adheres to brand identity and editorial guidelines.

·      Maintain an organised system for tracking and logging video content.

Knowledge and Skills Required

·      In-depth knowledge of YouTube and all major social media platforms.

·      Proven video editing skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

·      Experience creating stand-out social content in all video formats.

·      Strong ability to analyse data and insights to optimise channel performance.

·      Deep understanding of platform dashboards (e.g YouTube Studio).

·      Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and positively.

·      Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

·      Strong copywriting skills with meticulous attention to grammar and detail.

Desirable

·      Experience using After Effects and creating motion graphics is a strong plus.

·      Experience adapting and promoting TV content for social media platforms.

·      Experience launching and growing new social channels from the ground up.
