This organisation works at the intersection of sport and property investment, helping to build lasting financial security beyond their sporting careers. With a strong track record and a growing presence in Manchester, the team is known for combining creativity with commercial focus. They are now looking to expand their marketing function with a dedicated social media specialist who understands the culture and energy of sport.

The company is seeking a Social Media Executive who can bring fresh ideas, confidence, and creativity to their brand. This role is based in Manchester with travel to shoots circa once a week and so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will have a strong connection to the sports world and a passion for digital storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Take ownership of social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging output.
  • Plan, create and publish content that resonates with athletes and partners, from video shoots and behind the scenes moments to graphics, visuals and authentic captions.
  • Manage scheduling tools to keep content timely, monitor engagement across platforms, and maintain a personable brand voice in all interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders, the sales team and partners to develop campaigns, capture client stories and contribute to creative initiatives.
  • Track performance analytics to refine strategies, attend weekly client meetings, and support team discussions, with occasional opportunities for overseas travel.

What We're Looking For…

  • A strong background in sport, whether through professional experience or personal passion
  • Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut and design platforms like Canva
  • Comfortable filming, scripting, and editing content from start to finish
  • Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Up to date with social media trends and formats, with proven experience growing accounts
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in an office environment where ideas move quickly
