The Role: Store Manager (CACHE Bristol)

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on
Store Manager
to lead our CACHE Bristol space. You'll oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and build strong relationships with the brands stocked in-store — all while ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves independent retail, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of a growing concept redefining what physical retail can be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations:
    Manage daily operations — opening/closing, cash handling, stock management, health & safety, and store standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    Train, motivate, and support the store team; set goals and maintain strong service standards.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    Keep the store fresh and premium; manage weekly VM refreshes and brand zone standards.
  • Brand Partnerships:
    Act as main contact for in-store brands — onboarding, pricing, and performance feedback.
  • Customer Experience:
    Create a welcoming, engaging space that reflects LDC's values and builds loyal relationships.
  • Events & Marketing:
    Deliver local events and activations with HQ support to drive awareness and traffic.
  • Reporting:
    Send daily sales/footfall updates and weekly trading reports with insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Retail management or supervisory experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong eye for VM, detail, and customer experience.
  • Commercially minded — confident working with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about independent and sustainable brands.
  • Tech-friendly (POS, Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus).
