Assistant Manager – Notting Hill

Up to £40k base salary, £50k expected OTE

Location: Notting Hill, London (with flexibility to work across all London stores)

We are exclusively partnered with a luxury lifestyle brand in Notting Hill. Known for blending sophistication, comfort, and timeless design, their collections embody understated elegance and effortless style, offering premium quality across apparel, accessories, and homeware.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join their team in Notting Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress from a Supervisor or Department Manager role into a leadership position within a globally recognised luxury lifestyle brand.

You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring the store delivers an elevated client experience in line with the brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations and achieving commercial objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive revenue
  • Implement effective sales and clienteling strategies to maximize conversion, and other store KPI's
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
  • Ensure smooth operations across all three London store locations when required
  • Demonstrate flexibility and commitment during peak trading periods

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate business insights into actionable strategies that boost sales performance
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, team development, and motivation
  • Passionate about delivering a luxury client experience and maintaining brand integrity
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible to work across multiple store locations and available throughout the festive season
