Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in financial management, and experience in Dental Practice management.

Duties

  • Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Supervise staff, including dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement financial management strategies to optimise the practice's profitability while maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports for review.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff and patients to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage patient flow to maximise efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for daily operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a dental practice is a must.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with dental software systems and office management tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
