Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Ensure the sterilisation of instruments and cleanliness of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling correspondence as needed.
  • Stay informed about new dental technologies and procedures to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
  • Background in nursing or relevant healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
