Dental Practice Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of practice management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient and effective practice operations. Previous experience as a practice manger is not a necessity as training will be provided.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing processes to ensure the practice remains profitable.
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, liaising with suppliers as necessary.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to uphold high standards of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication within the practice.
Experience beneficial but not essential:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare or dental setting is desired.
- Financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively would be an advantage.
- Experience in human resources management, including staff recruitment and development would be beneficial.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, a passion for healthcare is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
