The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Global Brand & Marketing Director
to lead the next chapter of the company's brand and commercial evolution.
Reporting directly to the
Founder & Creative Director
, this pivotal role will define and deliver a unified global brand and marketing strategy — blending creative excellence with commercial focus. The successful candidate will be
UK-based
with proven success in
U.S. brand-building
, able to balance artistry and analytics to drive international growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Define and evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
- Partner with the Founder to translate creative vision into integrated, global campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and emotionally resonant brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
Global & U.S. Market Growth
- Strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and equity across all key markets, with particular focus on the
U.S. consumer landscape
. - Develop regional brand and marketing plans tailored to market dynamics while maintaining global consistency.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations that amplify the brand's reach and relevance.
Digital & Direct-to-Consumer Marketing
- Lead the global digital marketing strategy, spanning paid, social, CRM, and lifecycle channels.
- Drive DTC performance — increasing traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Ensure brand storytelling and user experience excellence across digital and e-commerce platforms.
Communications, PR & Partnerships
- Oversee global communications, PR, influencer, and partnership strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with lifestyle media, creative communities, and cultural tastemakers.
- Represent the brand externally, ensuring alignment between creative narrative and market messaging.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across brand, digital, and communications functions.
- Build a culture of creativity, curiosity, and accountability.
- Manage agency and partner relationships to ensure best-in-class creative and performance delivery.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years in senior
brand and marketing leadership
within
premium, lifestyle, or design-led consumer brands
. - Demonstrated success
building or scaling brands internationally
, ideally with deep
U.S. market experience
. - Expertise in
brand storytelling, digital marketing, and DTC growth
. - Experience partnering with
founder-led or creative organisations
to translate vision into measurable results. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional initiatives globally.

Compensation & Location
- Base salary:
up to £180,000 plus performance-based bonus and benefits. - Location:
UK HQ / London hybrid (minimum three days per week on-site). - Travel:
International, including to the U.S., for market visits, activations, and strategic meetings.
