We're looking for a Learning & Compliance Lead to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that empower colleagues and meet regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of mandatory, compliance, and development learning programmes using modern learning principles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate, relevant, and accessible training content.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements and qualifications, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Implement and optimise digital learning strategies, including e-learning, blended learning, and microlearning.
- Use learning analytics and compliance data to identify trends, forecast risks, and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and organisational priorities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
- Embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion principles in all learning interventions.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or HR, with a willingness to work towards qualifications if needed.
- Proven experience designing and delivering learner-centred, digital learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance and mandatory training requirements within a regulated environment.
- Ability to interpret data and produce clear insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Confidence using learning platforms and digital tools to manage content and track compliance.
- Commitment to embedding Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in all aspects of learning design and delivery.
