are proud to supporting a profitable, acquisitive and high growth Crypto Brokerage based in the City of London, by St. Pauls, in hiring a Head of Client Services to report to the COO.

The firm are 20 in total headcount wise and are in the office 4 days a week and have a fast paced culture.

Role Overview

A leading institutional multi-asset brokerage is seeking a
Head of FX & Digital Asset Operations
to lead and scale its global trading operations function. The role will oversee post-trade operations across FX and CFD products, with additional oversight of digital asset operational workflows. This position will own operational risk controls, process efficiency, vendor/platform integrations, and client service standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of the FX/CFD trade lifecycle, and proven experience managing operational teams within a regulated environment. Crypto knowledge is a strong advantage but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global Operations team.
  • Own the end-to-end operational framework for FX and CFD trading flows, including trade capture, reconciliation, settlement, and escalation management.
  • Maintain and enhance operational risk controls and regulatory governance standards.
  • Act as senior point of contact for institutional clients, liquidity providers, custodians, and trading venues.
  • Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to automate workflows, improve systems integration (including FIX/API connectivity), and scale operational infrastructure.
  • Support new product and market launches, ensuring operational readiness and service continuity.

Required Experience

  • 10-15 years in Trading Operations, Middle Office, or Prime Brokerage, with strong expertise in
    FX and/or CFDs
    .
  • Leadership experience managing teams and driving operational strategy.
  • Solid understanding of settlement, margining, funding, and reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms, bridge/aggregation systems, and FIX/Websocket connectivity.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex operational issues under time pressure.
  • Crypto operational experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
