Founded in 2008, Cad & The Dandy has rapidly grown to be the largest bespoke tailor on Savile Row with shops in London, New York and Stockholm.

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Sales Executive to join us in an exciting new role. Our brand is known for its timeless style and unparalleled service and we seek to hire a new team member who shares our values and drive to grow our brand.

We are seeking a 
Head of Client Relations

to be the face and voice of our client experience. This role will be central to ensuring that every interaction with Cad & The Dandy reflects our ethos of expertise, care, and hospitality. You will oversee client engagement at every touchpoint, from enquiries and bookings, through to alterations, commissions, and aftercare, while driving the culture of exceptional service across our team.

This is a dynamic position with scope to grow alongside the candidate, shaping the culture of client service and hospitality within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
     Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries relating to appointments, orders, alterations, and commissions.
  • Service Excellence:
     Deliver a seamless and personalised client journey, ensuring every interaction embodies the highest standard of service.
  • Hospitality Leadership:
     Lead by example in providing warm, thoughtful, and professional hospitality, inspiring the team to adopt the same approach.
  • Team Development:
     Champion a culture of client-first service, mentoring and motivating colleagues to go above and beyond in all client interactions.
  • Operational Coordination:
     Oversee scheduling, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure smooth processes across the tailoring journey.
  • Culture Driver:
     Collaborate with leadership to continually refine and elevate the client experience, embedding hospitality and service excellence into the DNA of the business.

About You

  • Previous experience in client relations, luxury hospitality, or a customer-focused leadership role (experience in luxury retail or tailoring is a plus).
  • A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Warm, approachable, and professional manner with a genuine passion for people.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a culture of outstanding service.
  • Adaptable, with the drive to help shape and evolve the role as the business grows.
