Production Coordinator – Fashion Accessories Brand (Temporary Role)

Are you a detail-driven coordinator with a flair for process and a passion for accessories? We're hiring a
Production Coordinator
to join a dynamic and fast-paced accessories brand for a
temporary contract
through to the end of December.

Working at the heart of the production team, this is a great opportunity to support a trend-led, growing business that's redefining how fashion accessories are made and delivered. You'll be key in keeping production running smoothly – managing purchase orders, supplier timelines, reporting, and communication across teams and global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain production tracking reports and daily updates to keep timelines on track
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards are met
  • Reconcile invoices and manage essential product data (barcodes, pricing, etc.)
  • Handle internal and external production queries professionally and promptly
  • Support end-to-end compliance and supplier handovers for incoming stock

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident administrator with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in production, buying, or supply chain coordination (fashion/accessories preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive team player with a solution-oriented approach
  • Must be available to work
    full-time, in-office
    from
    Monday to Friday

This role is offered on a
PAYE basis via agency payroll
