Bradford Live is a world class 3,000+ seated and 3,500+ standing capacity music, comedy, events and entertainment venue, together with event spaces, located in the heart of Bradford city centre.

The Venue Control Room Operator plays a vital role in providing a welcoming and professional service for all staff and visitors. They also play a key part in ensuring the safety and security of the building, remaining vigilant to minimise security risks and taking an active role in the operation of the venue's emergency procedures, as well as being a member of the venue's Emergency Response Team.

The role of Venue Control Room Operator is central to the smooth and efficient operation of the venue. It demands a highly motivated individual who can work confidently and effectively on their own initiative.

This position calls for flexibility and adaptability in responding to the dynamic demands of a fast-paced environment, where challenges can change from day to day. Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset are essential, with a readiness to identify and implement solutions as issues arise.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a warm and professional demeanour, delivering exceptional customer service to guests, visiting production teams, contractors, and colleagues alike. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across all venue departments while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
