We are currently looking for an experienced Control Room Coordinator and your role will be to provide a high level of Customer Service support to our clients and Management team throughout the UK. You will be responsible in the support for the company’s delivery of Manpower Operations and keyholding and Mobile Response throughout the UK.
**Location: Bradford**
**Salary: £13.64 per hour**
**Hours: Average of 42 hours 4 on 4 off, days.**
**Start Date: ASAP**

**Duties Include**:
As a Control Room Coordinator, you will assist with the recruitment, training, and rostering of employees within the Control and Mobile Department. Your day-to-day duties will include put are not limited to: Compile accurate, concise, and factual reports, data and statistics as requested from the department Manager. Ensure complaints relevant to the Control and Mobile Department are dealt with promptly and professionally. Then ensuring they are correctly documented in the relevant process. Raising and escalating any issues, ad-hoc tasks, complaints, observations, and other queries to relevant members of the management team. Ensure Weekly Hours audits and Hours checks are completed, reporting any issues to department manager for further investigation. Liaising with operational teams and service partners to provide cover for employees on leave or sick. VPI processing, chasing, documenting on DYMENSiON, and sending to the clients.

**Essential Requirements for the Job**:
- Customer Service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and supporting colleagues to meet deadlines
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Effective leadership and strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team worker, confident in dealing with people of all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional & Courteous telephone manner
- Good organisational and time Management skills
- Good team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Hold an SIA badge is preferable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
