Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Activation Consultant

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Based in London

What you'll be doing:

  • Create large-scale, high-volume campaigns to customers across the portfolio of products and brands

  • Architect and execute CRM activities on Braze in line with the Activation plan

  • Keep things on track to hit delivery milestones and communicate any delays

  • Accountable for managing the data for each CRM activity, ensuring all DLG suppressions and data ethics processes are in place and documented

  • Work collaboratively to ensure that data, measurement frameworks, benchmarks or tagging is in place to improve performance. 

  • Ensure that all campaigns are measurable and optimised based on results

  • Execute all campaigns in line with DLG's risk appetite and the latest data and privacy regs (GDPR, PECR etc)

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office

What you'll need:

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands delivering multi-channel CRM activities (including DM, Email, SMS and Apps)

  • High level of organisation and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and business areas to achieve integrated goals

  • Experience building and implementing CRM campaigns using BRAZE

  • Is customer obsessed and has a working knowledge of data and privacy regs (GDPR, PECR etc)

  • Ability to drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business

  • Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to make the complex simple

  • Experience in digital and BTL campaign measurement and analytics
