Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid working, 3-days a week in the office)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours Monday to Friday (Core working 10am to 3pm)

At Brook Green Supply, we're an independent B2B energy supplier helping businesses make smarter, more sustainable decisions about their energy use.
We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who's passionate about delivering great customer experiences and wants to build strong, long-term relationships with our commercial energy clients.
You'll work closely with a highly experienced team that's been at the heart of the UK energy industry for years, offering you the chance to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive, fast-moving environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organisation, and building trusted relationships with customers in the energy sector.
What you'll do
You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, managing their journey from onboarding through to renewal and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers throughout their contract lifecycle.
- Manage all queries related to your portfolio and ensure they're resolved accurately and within agreed SLAs.
- Oversee onboarding, data validation, and account setup, ensuring smooth transitions and great first impressions.
- Produce and validate customer invoices, offering bespoke options where required.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date (payments, meter details, customer information, and billing data).
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Billing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive communication to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support renewal discussions by ensuring customers have accurate and timely information about their accounts.
What we're looking for
We want someone who combines great communication skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
You'll have:
- Experience working in the energy industry, ideally with commercial supply contracts.
- Proven experience managing customer or key accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good numeracy and analytical abilities.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (particularly Excel).
