Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to our workforce. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HRIS systems, and the ability to handle data entry with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of benefits information into the ATS.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data related to employee benefits usage and trends.
  • Assist in the development of communication materials for employees regarding benefits offerings.
  • Manage social media communications related to employee engagement initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, particularly in benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Taleo is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with social media management as it pertains to employee engagement is an advantage.
