Hemp Well Limited is a rapidly growing SME focused in the CBD health and wellness sector, based at York Science Park, York. We are looking to recruit a Part-Time sales consultant for the business, that will specifically book and attend local and regional pop-up markets and promote and sell opur range of products as well as providing cover for our retail store in York and and Harrogate.

To be successful in this role you will love working in a retail environment and must be willing to give the very best customer service experience to our customers. The emphasis will be on service. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.

Our customers are typically looking for some guidance on product selection so we will provide product training for you. Previous retail experience is NOT essential we have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Working with our sales manager to identify and book local and regional markets
  • Prepare the stock, sales materials and equipement for each event
  • Working as part of a larger team focused on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Cash Handling Till systems/POS
  • Upkeep of the markets equipement and stock

  • Be meticulous in the setup and take down for each event to ensure equipement and stock is well kept.
  • Most of all, enjoy travelling, sales, being outside and working with a great support team.
  • Valid driving license

This is a part-time job and could suit someone looking to work 5-10 days per month. The markets are on fferent days of the week including weekends, so you must be flexible with your work days. This will be a zero hours contract (no fixed work schedule) but markets are typically booked 1 to 2 months in advance.
