Coco Property is a growing and dynamic property company specialising in residential sales and lettings. We pride ourselves on offering a personal, professional, and proactive service to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across [insert area/region]. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team.

The Role:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, building relationships with clients, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and helping progress sales and lets through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
  • Liaising with landlords and vendors to secure new instructions
  • Preparing marketing materials and uploading listings to portals
  • Progressing sales and lets through to completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property sales or lettings preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
  • Well-presented with a professional manner
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
