**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
- Negotiate offers and terms of rental agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads and referrals
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Prepare contracts, leases, and other necessary documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
- Dealing with incoming calls as appropriate
- Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries/concerns.
- Ensuring to stay up to date with company policies, legislative requirements, company directives and procedures.
- Assisting Head lettings negotiator in maximising overall income and profitability of branch.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Fluency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and document preparation
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is preferred but not required
- UK Clean driving license and own vehicle is MUST

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,016.63-£25,606.34 per year

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
