About the role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic B2C Marketing Manager. The role requires someone who has an eye for detail and analytics, understands the US market landscape and is also creative with strong writing and story-telling skills.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus, and have a mastery level of copywriting along with a track record of utilising content marketing to drive audience, leads and revenue. This position reports directly to the Head of Growth and requires extensive collaboration with Growth, Content, Product and senior management.

Key responsibilities - Campaign Management
You will be responsible for:
- Hands-on campaign management including planning, developing and executing the company's organic marketing strategy across all digital channels including social media, email, website and blog.
- Analysing the most effective channels, customer segments and promotional activities used and targeted within campaigns and build on this insight to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Writing for all digital channels, both short form and long form copy.
- Co-ordinating with in-house and external copywriters to develop impactful editorial, newsletter, social media and email campaigns.
- Evaluating the marketing campaigns' successes and failures and make any necessary adjustments to optimise campaigns as they are executed.
- Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing initiatives.
- Owning the annual marketing plan and editorial calendar.
- Generating creative content and campaign ideas to increase customer engagement, grow leads and achieve wider business targets.
- Reporting and optimisation of all activity to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Managing the in-house Marketing Assistant and in-house Copywriter.
- Overseeing external freelancers producing marketing content.
- Preparing all the relevant marketing assets, e.g. banners for websites and copy for outbound marketing and launch emails.
- Maintaining the website and optimising SEO and search rankings.

- A strong understanding of key digital channels to ensure content is delivered with channel best-practice in mind.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner.
- Highly literate with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years' experience managing marketing campaigns.
- The ability to work in London for a minimum of 2 days a week
