We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
1st Line IT Service Desk Technician (Office Support)
to join our growing IT team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth escalation when needed.

We're looking for someone who loves solving problems and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to get things done. About You
To be successful as our
1st Line IT Service Desk Technician (Office Support)
, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service and enjoyment in communicating with people of all levels
  • Excellent 1st Line diagnostic skills, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server technologies.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a good eye for detail and strong time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and a keen interest in IT and technology

The role is based on-site at our London office 5 days a week. As a requirement for this role, we're looking for someone who has flexibility for 7 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
