IT Service Desk Technician – Be the Hero Behind the Screens
Location: London – Broadgate (with travel to UK sites as needed)

About the day to day…
- Be the first point of contact for all IT support queries—delivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Office apps, and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile, and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity.
- Build and configure devices for new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and support end-user tech—from laptops to printers to meeting room setups.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care.
- Spot patterns, dig deep into recurring issues, and implement long-term fixes.
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation to support the wider team.
- Own your work. Drive continuous improvement. Keep the business moving.
About you...
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Windows 10/11.
- A natural communicator—clear, confident, and calm under pressure.
- A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results.
- Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management.
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications required.
- You're not just reactive—you're proactive. You anticipate needs and act fast.
- You're obsessed with service and love making people's day better through tech.
- You're curious, always learning, and never afraid to ask "what if?"
