This global manufacturing company, with customers spanning across Europe, is looking for someone who can take ownership of billing, cash application, and collections, ensuring everything from invoicing to payment runs like clockwork.

You'll be part of a collaborative finance team that values accuracy, teamwork, and clear communication. You'll be the link between Sales, Treasury, and customers, making sure accounts are billed correctly, payments arrive on time, and issues are resolved before they snowball.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full billing and collections cycle across several European entities
  • Generating and issuing invoices accurately and on time
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts in SAP
  • Liaising with customers to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payments
  • Reviewing aged debt and proactively reducing overdue balances
  • Coordinating with Sales to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conducting credit checks and onboarding new accounts where needed
  • Producing monthly reports on billing accuracy, aged debt, and collection performance
  • Supporting finance projects focused on improving systems and processes

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience in billing, cash application, or collections
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Confidence communicating with customers and internal teams
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system
  • Ideally, experience in a multi-entity or manufacturing environment
  • A second European language would be an advantage
