This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and skilled support workers to take the next step. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD, and complex needs to live their best life possible.

This is a unique opportunity to use your skills and interests to foster his independence and enrich his daily life.
What do we need from you?
Individuals who are: Calm, Patient, and Excellent Communicators You will be skilled in both verbal and non-verbal communication, building trust and rapport while navigating different situations with empathy and understanding.
You must have experience with Autism or complex mental health to be considered for this role
The young man enjoys football and staying active. With a home gym, staff should be energetic and enthusiastic

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and physical health.
If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have relevant experience in social care.
You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods.
For this role, driving would be a huge benefit, as this property is not easily accessible via public transport.
