Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A motivated and energetic Sales Negotiator is required for a successful independent estate agency in Leytonstone, focusing on residential property sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven previous success in residential property sales, local market knowledge, and the drive to exceed targets. If you're ambitious, customer-focused, and looking to grow within a forward-thinking company, this could be the perfect role.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Handling residential property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
  • Supporting the progression of sales and negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Promoting the agency's services professionally and effectively

  • Solid experience in residential property sales
  • Local market knowledge of Leytonstone and surrounding areas
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Target-driven with a competitive edge
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive, confident attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work well under pressure
