This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience in estate agency looking for more progression and development.Our client are a forward thinking Independent Estate Agent. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their high performing team within their office in Mill Hill.The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for their excellent level of customer service as well as their extensive local market knowledge and the cutting edge technology they use to market their properties.You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.Salary package and benefitsTraining and development within an excellent companyExcellent career progressionGreat working environmentBasic Pay from £30,000 plus commission with realistic OTE of £60,000 plusPrivate health care after qualifying periodExclusive Property Listings (Total control on exclusive portfolio of properties)Support from Marketing/Progressor Assistant (to allow you better results)Ideal Sales Associate should havePrevious experience within estate agency with local knowledge preferredTarget driven with a proven track record in achieving targetsWell spoken and presentedExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organisational skillsFull driving licence and own carRole responsibilitiesMeeting with clientsAssessing buyers & sellers particular needsNegotiating offers between buyer and sellerResponding to queries via e-mail and telephoneDue to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
