Müller are looking for enthusiastic second year students to join their 13-month industrial placement scheme in July 2026. There are a range of roles available, please note that you can express an interest in multiple roles and your preferences will be noted at the interview stage.

What are the roles?

Müller Yogurt and Desserts and Müller Milk and Ingredients Human Resources Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire or Manchester/Droitwich
• Join Müller's Total Reward team for a 13-month placement where you'll help shape how we support and reward our colleagues across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and HR analytics within a dynamic FMCG environment. You'll work closely with a specialist team, contribute to real business projects, and collaborate with other placement students on a group project — all while developing valuable skills for your future career.

Müller Services Limited Legal Intern 2025

• Location: Shropshire – Market Drayton or Telford.
• Join Müller's Legal team for a 13-month placement where you'll work alongside qualified solicitors on a wide range of legal and compliance matters — all while contributing to a business that's passionate about quality, innovation, and people.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a dynamic FMCG setting, supporting teams across marketing, procurement, sales, and more. You'll be involved in meaningful work that helps shape how we operate, communicate, and protect our brand.

Who can apply?

• UK Driving License:
  Must hold a UK driving licence with at least one year of experience driving currently.
• Right to work:
  You must have a full Right to Work in the UK.
• We welcome applications from second-year university students who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. If you're on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in a related degree (LLB Law for the Legal role preferably) and looking for a placement year full of growth, collaboration, and impact You can be studying towards any degree to be eligible for this role.
• You must be in your
  second year
  of study and due to undertake a Placement/Sandwich year as part of your course, due to graduate in 2028 or 2029 if you are completing an Integrated Masters.

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills:
  Making data-driven decisions to solve problems.
