We are looking for an experienced International Business Developer to join a fast-growing, London-based clean beauty and wellness brand. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with experience in global markets, responsible for supporting the growth of our international distributor network and sales strategy.

About the Company:

Founded in London by a pharmacist and clean beauty innovator, the company is a leader in organic skincare, health supplements, and cruelty-free makeup. Its products are sold in over 40 countries through premium retailers, luxury spas, and clinics. The company is now part of the Ganassini Institute group, with a collaborative team of around 50 employees and a culture that values innovation, accountability, and purpose.

About the Role:

Reporting to the International Sales Director, you will be an integral member of the International Sales team, driving the expansion and management of global distributor relationships. You will help shape the international sales strategy, monitor performance, and ensure the smooth execution of commercial and marketing initiatives across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with international distributors, ensuring consistent service and communication.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, commercial offers, and sales initiatives to drive growth.
  • Monitor and align sales forecasts and marketing plans with departmental objectives.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and sales materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee order fulfilment in collaboration with Warehouse and Production teams.
  • Analyse sales data, stock levels, and client reports, presenting insights to senior management.
  • Support P&L analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and market visits with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Training) to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Adapt and localise marketing strategies for different international markets.
  • Support contract preparation and management with international partners.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering presentations and Masterclasses to B2B and B2C audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in international business development or sales, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and numerically proficient.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of product marketing and international markets.
  • Cultural awareness and international outlook.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SAGE 200 or Power BI advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international beauty product regulations is preferred.
