Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Influencer to architect, execute, and scale our global influencer strategy for a next-generation crypto igaming platform. Operating at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and crypto culture, our platform is built by seasoned betting and Web3 operators with a mission to redefine on-chain betting, mainstream reach, and creator-driven growth.

This role is for a leader who blends creative instinct with commercial rigour, capable of running end-to-end influencer campaigns across mainstream creators, gaming personalities, Twitch/YouTube talent, KOLs, TG/CT influencers, and emerging media formats.

The Profile

Ownership, Precision & Creator-Driven Growth; We're looking for a strategic, execution-obsessed operator with deep experience scaling influencer programmes in high-velocity, ROI-driven environments. You drive campaigns like an entrepreneur: data-led, accountable, relentless, and creative.

Ownership Mindset: You treat the creator pipeline and influencer performance as your own business - owning budgets, outcomes, conversion metrics, and long-term creator relationships.

Execution Monster: You operate with high velocity and precision, designing structured, replicable playbooks for multi-channel influencer acquisition, campaign deployment, and performance optimisation.

Creator-Native Communication: You understand creators; you speak their language. You negotiate, build trust, close deals, and keep talent aligned with the brand.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for creator-driven growth.
  • Identify new audience segments and growth opportunities across crypto, gaming, and mainstream audiences.
  • Analyse market trends, creator formats, platform changes, and competitor activity.

End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Manage influencer campaigns from strategy outreach negotiation briefing content oversight contracts tracking performance optimisation.

Build and scale repeatable paid and revenue-share influencer programmes.
  • Own all funnel metrics: CPR, CPA, first-time depositors (FTD), LTV, creator ROI, and campaign payback.
  • Collaborate with Creative to produce assets, hooks, content direction, and scalable narrative formats.

Creator Acquisition, Relationship Management & Partnerships

  • Source, negotiate, and close deals with mainstream influencers, gaming creators, crypto KOLs, and performance-driven affiliates.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with top-tier influencers, agencies, and networks.
  • Build VIP and "hero creator" programmes designed for ongoing content, exclusives, and deeper integration.
  • Ensure full compliance, brand alignment, and risk management across all partnerships.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Delivery Leadership

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Ops, VIP, Compliance, and Exec teams to ensure campaign quality, speed, and alignment.
  • Translate brand and commercial strategy into actionable influencer workstreams.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively on pipeline, risks, delivery timelines, and performance.

Performance Insights, Optimisation & Reporting

  • Own all influencer analytics and dashboards: real-time metrics, ROI, retention, player value, and attribution.
  • Implement structured A/B tests, content iteration cycles, and tiering systems.
  • Optimise budget allocation monthly based on performance data.
  • Report creator performance and insights to senior leadership.
Work Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years experience running influencer/KOL programmes, ideally in igaming, crypto, gaming, or high-GMV consumer apps.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive influencer campaigns at scale.
  • Strong negotiation skills and deep familiarity with creator culture and agency processes.
  • Ability to run high-velocity execution with clear structure and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics, funnel data, attribution, and performance optimisation.

Experience working with compliance-heavy or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Web3/crypto experience strongly preferred.
