Location: United Kingdom & EuropeWere looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Influencer Marketing to take our influencer programs to the next level If you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through influencer partnerships for tech or health products, we want you to lead the charge.What Youll Do:Own the Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for tech or health products with an AOV > $300, across multiple channels including YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, and more.Drive Growth: Take the influencer marketing channel from zero to $500K+ per month in revenue, using innovative strategies and influencer partnerships.Collaborate & Create: Lead the creation of UGC (User-Generated Content) that fuels our advertising team, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, brand-aligned content.Optimize Across Channels: Leverage platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, and other emerging channels to build brand awareness and revenue growth.Build Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier influencers across the UK and Europe, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that drive measurable impact.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in managing influencer marketing for tech or health products with an AOV > $300.A track record of driving revenue growth through influencer partnerships, ideally taking a channel from 0 to $500K/month.Experience in creating and maintaining a steady UGC flow that empowers the advertising team to scale campaigns effectively.Expertise across key influencer channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, and potentially other emerging platforms.Strong network of influencers and the ability to build long-lasting relationships that translate into meaningful, ROI-driven partnerships.A strategic mindset, with a focus on performance metrics and continuously optimizing campaigns for growth.If youre a passionate influencer marketing leader with a proven ability to scale and innovate, we want to hear from you Lets build something amazing together.
