Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
You will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, ensuring safety, commercial, and client requirements are met.

Safety: Ensure safe working practices, complete RAMS and CPPs.

Finance: Create invoices, manage POs, support logistics quotations.

Delivery: Manage permits, validate job packs, obtain safe digs/ZOI, update systems and trackers, handle PIA (NOIs, whereabouts, Sabor), process DFEs, schedule works, book stores/equipment.

Team: Attend monthly meetings, participate in documented 1:1s, drive process improvements, complete training on time, ensure accurate time booking via FSL.

Perform any reasonable duties to support project delivery while demonstrating collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring?
Ideally, you have experience in a project support, administrator, or coordinator role, though this is not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level required). Financial awareness and cost/sales tracking experience are beneficial. You'll demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and strong organisational skills, with excellent communication and proven customer service experience. Quick to learn new systems, you can multitask effectively, work independently, and thrive as a collaborative team player.
