SMART Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios has an amazing opportunity for a **Senior Project Co-Ordinator **to join their team, to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that specification, quality, timing and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Manage scope of project and scheduling.
- Initiate, plan and deliver a variety of projects within agreed budgets.
- Ability to forecast issues and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work with stakeholders; must be able to collaborate and accomplish mutual understanding of scope of works.
- Develop client relationships.
- Management of third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor, manage and motivate a small team.
- Track and monitor progress of project activities and ensure key development milestones and deliverables are achieved.

The person:
Ø Project management experience overseeing small to medium size projects across multiple sites - preferably in the building industry or manufacturing industry.

Ø Experience in stakeholder management, maintaining project budgets, review and resolution of project issues.

Ø Proven experience leading and managing a small team.

Ø Experience developing and building on client relationships.

Ø Must have high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft office and Excel.

Ø Exceptional attention to detail.

Ø Excellent communication skills.

Ø Excellent time management skills.

This position with award winning Smart Garden Offices is offered on a permanent basis with a salary range of £30,000- £33,000 per annum depending on experience with OTE of £39,000.

This is predominantly an office-based role with flexible working hours, there will however be occasional external meetings and travel across the UK.
