I'm working with a leading Commercial Finance Brokerage that's expanding its London team and looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Finance Broker or Business Banker to help drive growth and support a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.

The Role;

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you'll work with business owners and property professionals to structure bespoke funding solutions; covering Invoice Finance, Asset Finance, Property Finance and Business Loans.

You'll manage the full deal process, from initial client engagement through to completion, with access to a wide panel of lenders and full administrative and credit support.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, property investors, and corporate clients.
  • Assess client requirements and structure appropriate finance solutions.
  • Negotiate terms with lenders to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Keep up to date with the commercial lending market and product developments.
  • Provide outstanding client service and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements;

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Broker or in a similar business finance role.
  • Strong knowledge across multiple lending products (Invoice, Asset, or Property Finance).
  • Excellent relationship-building and deal management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously.
