Motor Finance Broker – Self-Employed (Remote)

An established and highly respected motor finance brokerage is seeking experienced Motor Finance Brokers across the UK to join their growing network. This is a self-employed opportunity designed for motivated, high-performing professionals, with top performers earning circa £250,000+ per year and Year 1 OTE around £120,000.

The brokerage offers access to numerous lenders, comprehensive back-office support, and professional indemnity cover, giving you the platform, compliance, and resources to focus entirely on generating and converting your own business.

Role Overview

As a Motor Finance Broker, you'll be responsible for sourcing and converting your own leads, managing customer relationships, and providing tailored vehicle finance solutions. This role is ideal for confident, entrepreneurial individuals who want full earning potential without the constraints of a traditional employed setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively self-generate and convert finance leads
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Manage the full finance process from enquiry through to completion
  • Maintain FCA compliance and uphold high service standards
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in motor finance sales or brokering
  • Strong ability to self-generate and close business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth understanding of vehicle finance products and market trends
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
