Job Description

Location: London

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum + uncapped commission - Realistic OTE £35,000 - £40,000 per annum for our top salespeople

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Executive, you'll be:

Inbound or outbound B2B sales calls, engaging with small business owners across the UK.

Selling industry-leading products and services, tailored to the needs of each business.

Hitting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high performance metrics.

Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Using CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage leads, and maximize conversions.

Staying ahead of market trends and competitors to offer the best solutions.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Sales-driven mindset – Motivated by targets and commission.

Excellent communication skills – You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.

Resilience and determination – A go-getter who thrives in a competitive environment.

Ability to work under pressure – You enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding goals.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but full training is provided for the right candidate
