  • Enable partners through training, workshops, and technical enablement initiatives/projects
  • Champion new lines of business, contribute to service creation, and drive innovation in Rubrik-powered use cases
  • Collaborate on service pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and value proposition development for MSPs
  • Advocate for Rubrik's technical capabilities, build trusted relationships with partners, and deliver hands-on technical guidance
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity and cloud trends, integrating SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other security technologies into partner offerings
  • Contribute to global partner programs, readiness, and training; drive market adoption, customer success, and solution differentiation
  • Travel up to 30% worldwide to support partner enablement and events as needed

Experience:

  • Track record of delivering demos, training, technical enablement, and solution workshops to technical and business audiences
  • History of architecting and packaging solutions for MSP consumption, along with understanding of cloud economics (TCO, pricing, buy vs build analysis)
  • Experience creating technical collateral, whitepapers, and video enablement assets
  • Hands-on experience with solution development, integration, and technical sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; proven ability to evangelise, train, and inspire partners
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience integrating SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and modern security technologies into architecture designs and service offerings
  • Strong background supporting enterprise-scale managed service provider programs
  • Prior work authoring thought leadership, solution documentation, and video collateral for external audiences
  • Familiarity with cloud automation, infrastructure-as-code, containerisation, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
  • Relevant cloud and security certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, VMware, CISSP, or similar)
  • Experience with global project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and competitive market analysis
  • Exposure to cloud economics, commercial modeling, pricing and service delivery in a channel ecosystem
