Headquartered in central London, it functions as part of a larger international group known for its innovation in spirits branding and product development.
Description
- Manage and grow national accounts within the on-trade, i.e. M&B, Wetherspoons, Stonegate.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Profile
A successful NAM (On-Trade) should have:
- Proven commercial experience at regional or national level.
- A background in FMCG within the On-Trade/Foodservice (drinks preferred but open to food).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- The ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
- A full UK driving licence to facilitate client visits.
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum.
- £6k car allowance.
- Performance related bonus.
