Country Sales Manager, United Kingdom
Brand:
Brite
Reports to:
Founder
Level:
Senior
We are not here to play it safe. Neither are you.
About Brite
Brite is on the way to becoming Europe's leading healthy energy drink. Only natural, powerful, clean ingredients for those who want real focus and mental performance.
We are already stocked in M&S, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado, Whole Foods Market, Brakes and others in the UK. Brite is available in 18 European countries and is growing fast.
Now we're ready to go bigger, bolder, and louder — to become the #1 clean energy drink in the UK.
We're building a category-defining brand, and this is your chance to lead that growth from the front.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Country Manager who gets a buzz from closing big deals.
You'll personally lead commercial conversations with the UK's biggest retailers, win new listings, and drive Brite's growth across grocery, convenience, foodservice and on-trade channels.
You'll take full ownership of our UK performance, growing existing accounts, unlocking new doors, and building long-term value with buyers.
This is not a coordination role. You'll be on the front line pitching, negotiating and executing Brite's expansion strategy across the UK.
Your Mission
Take Brite to the next level in the UK by:
Growing our presence and shelf space in major accounts
Winning new retailers across grocery, convenience and on-trade
Expanding into new channels like offices, cafés, gyms and foodservice
Delivering in-store execution that outperforms the category
You'll work directly with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy, spot new opportunities, and bring healthy energy to more people across the UK.
We Want You To:
Build and execute a sales strategy that doesn't just hit targets — it smashes them
Personally lead commercial negotiations and close national accounts
Build and grow strong relationships with buyers across all key channels
Use data to forecast smartly and influence product, pricing and promo strategy
Work side-by-side with Marketing, Ops and Finance to ensure tight execution
Never take "no" as final — you find ways to win
Who You Are
You've worked for a food or drink brand (non-negotiable)
You've got 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales or account management
You've closed national deals and helped scale a brand in UK retail
You're confident negotiating with senior buyers — and know how to land listings
You're commercially sharp, proactive, and take full ownership
You're values-led and ready to lead from the front
Whether you're a seasoned Country Manager or a Senior NAM ready to step up, if you've got the hunger, skills and mindset, let's talk.
Why Brite?
We're outperforming major brands in rate of sale and retention
We're on a mission to transform how people consume energy and stay focused
You'll have real ownership, clear impact and a product people genuinely love
No layers of approvals. You build it, you close it, you lead it
The Package
Salary:
Depending on experience
Bonus:
Based on personal and company performance
Holiday:
25 days
Training:
We'll help you grow into this role and beyond
Opportunity:
Join a triple-digit growth brand with a tight-knit team and direct access to the founders
Perks:
Unlimited Brite drinks, discounts for friends & family
Location:
Fully remote, UK-based, ideally with access to London for customer meetings and events
