We are seeking a passionate Senior Bartender to join our team at The Lucky Saint Pub, the home of the UK's leading alcohol-free lager. This is an exceptional growth opportunity for individuals with strong bar experience who are eager to advance, gain leadership experience, and develop into a Bar Supervisor role with the support of the AGM and GM.

Responsibilities: Lead by example behind the bar, delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

* Support the AGM and GM in day-to-day bar operations, including cellar management and key holder responsibility.

* Train and mentor junior bartenders, contributing to the improvement of team standards.

* Take ownership of bar quality standards, encompassing cocktails, draught, and glassware.

* Assist with supplier relationships, new product launches, and menu development.

* Gradually assume more supervisory responsibilities with a clear path to progression.

Required Qualifications: Experience working in a quality-driven bar environment.

* A passion for drinks, service, and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail.

* Thriving as part of a team while demonstrating the ability to take initiative when necessary.

* Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

* Ambition to progress into a supervisory role and develop into a Bar Manager position.
