Senior Associate / Legal Director

A new opportunity has arisen at a global law firm for a senior Employment lawyer who has a strong transactional /corporate support background. The team enjoys recognition in the legal rankings and handles a very wide range of work. They would love to hire an Employment lawyer who has upwards of 7 years' PQE at a City or large regional firm and who will enjoy a transactional support focus. Matters will include advising on all employment aspects of mergers, carve-outs, outsourcing and real estate transactions. You will provide strategic advice on restructuring programmes, employment contracts, TUPE and data protection. Excellent stakeholder management skills are required to partner with the corporate and PE transactional teams and external clients.
