Senior Employment Associate - 5 PQE +

**The firm / team**:
They are considered to be amongst the industry leaders in Employment law, ranked in the Legal 500 for Employers, offering a high level of legal services to both the private and public sector
This is a hardworking, specialist firm with a 60-strong Employment team, that embrace hybrid working and flexibility, whilst still providing the highest level of service for their clients.

**The role**:
As a Senior Employment Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department.
The firm are looking for someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to their biggest clients.
The work involved may include advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, general employment advisory work, complex employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, as well as, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues.
You would also be working with clients across a range of sectors but predominantly healthcare.
You will be involved with both delegating and supervision the provision of work to more junior members of staff.

**About you**:
This should include strong exposure to the types of work listed above, ideally across a range of disputes and sectors.
The role will suit a hard-working, and personable solicitor, who is seeking to join a successful and progressive firm.

**Benefits**:
Salary package of 65,000 - 80,000 DOE.
25 days annual leave.

A flexible working arrangement offering two days in the office and the rest from home.
Core working hours of 10am-4pm with flexibility to complete any additional hours outside of this.
