I am representing a highly ranked law firm in London with a top-tier Employment practice, which is seeking an Employment Associate to join its highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Team:

The Employment team is well-established and recognised in the legal directories for providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice to a diverse client base. The group advises both employers and senior executives across a wide range of sectors, often working closely with other departments within the firm on complex, high-value matters. The Role:

As an Employment Associate, you will advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Employment tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
  • Senior executive appointments and terminations
  • Redundancies and restructures
  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions and TUPE matters
  • Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and policies
