to appoint an
Associate
to join its highly regarded
Senior Executive practice
in London.

This specialist team advises high-earning individuals, board members, founders, and senior professionals across a range of sectors, including financial services, private equity, and professional partnerships. The practice is renowned for handling complex, high-value and often high-profile employment matters, combining technical excellence with discretion and strategic insight.

The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners in this area, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters that regularly attract national attention. Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior executives on sensitive and complex employment issues, including discrimination, whistleblowing, contractual, and bonus disputes
  • Act on high-value Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Advise on negotiated exits, often involving intricate contractual, regulatory, and reputational elements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and partnership arrangements
  • Support partners on major strategic matters while managing your own caseload
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management

About You

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–6 years PQE in employment law
  • Strong technical understanding of core employment law issues including unfair dismissal and discrimination
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in dealing directly with clients
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and excellence
  • Interest in developing business development and client relationship skills
