We specialise in cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, heating controls, and boiler upgrades — all installed by qualified professionals at no cost to eligible households.

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout their ECO4 or GBIS journey — from initial inquiry to installation completion. The role involves handling customer queries, managing applications, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Guide customers through eligibility checks and application processes.
  • Schedule surveys, assessments, and installation appointments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
  • Liaise with the technical and compliance teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
  • Handle complaints efficiently and escalate when required.
  • Support marketing and lead-generation follow-up when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in ECO4 / GBIS customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
