Now, as we continue to grow across Prime Central London, we're looking for a
proactive, relationship-driven In-House Recruiter
to help us attract, engage, and onboard top-performing brokers.


The Role

This is your chance to take ownership of our internal recruitment strategy and help shape the future of Jefferies London by identifying exceptional property professionals to drive the growth of our broker network.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for self-employed brokers.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Network, headhunt, and build meaningful industry relationships.
  • Manage candidate pipelines with an exceptional experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine our broker proposition.
  • Track recruitment progress against growth targets.

About You

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (property or professional services background ideal).
  • A confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about people, property, and growth.
  • Familiar with London's property market and broker models (advantageous).
