We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Technical Support professional to join our technical team.
THE ROLE
In this role you will provide technical support to our Farming and Processing teams both onsite and remotely - by collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
In addition, you'll facilitate internal audits and compliance checks, support external audits to ensure operational readiness, and monitor our integrated management systems to maintain compliance with Quality and Environmental standards. You'll track and follow up on audit findings and improvement actions, liaise with contractors, contribute to technical studies and reports, and collaborate closely with Business Support and Production teams to identify technical challenges and help develop practical, sustainable solutions.
A key part of your role will involve contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our documented systems and procedures. This is a unique and adaptable role that can be tailored to suit the experience level of the successful candidate, with full training and ongoing support provided to ensure success.
THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a background in Aquaculture, Food Production or Quality Control.
Strong communication abilities and IT Skills (Word & Excel).
You should hold a full UK driving license.
